SATURDAY AT THE MFA
One of the things I like to do on cold saturday mornings is visiting the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston. I've been there countless number of times, but still find something new and interesting every time I go there. This April I got to see the "Mega Cities Asia" exhibition showcasing contemporary art created by eleven artists from five different megacities—Seoul, Shanghai, Beijing, Delhi, and Mumbai. Highly recommend to visit it when you have a chance. The exhibition closes on July 17. 2016.

On rainy April days I love to look back through our photos from the Dominican Republic, where my husband and I spent and unforgettable week last summer. We searched for a long time for the right hotel, trying to find the optimal balance of price and quality. Ultimately we ended up choosing the Luxury Bahia Principe Ambar - a decision we didn't regret at all! There was a sea of food and entertainment, pleasant and kind hotel staff, and most importantly - the incredible beauty of the beach and the turquoise water of the Atlantic, which, it turns out, can be very warm!

WINTER STORM LEXI
When I tell people I'm from Russia, their first reaction is "Oh, you must love cold weather." And usually I reply with something like "I don't love it, I'm sick of it." But who am I kidding? Despite all my whining, I love snow and can't imagine a real winter without it. That's one of the reasons I'm so happy to be living in Boston, because we all know - Boston is cold and it gets a lot of snow! So much snow, that sometimes the whole city shuts down for a few days. I admit, on days like that I feel tempted to stay warm and cozy at home, drinking hot chocolate, watching movies and cuddling with my cat. But I make myself go out there with my camera despite the weather, because Boston looks magical during snowstorms, and I never want to miss it. See more photos below.
